Was that real or staged for the blog? Please tell me it was staged. I mean the guy has absolutely no idea what's in it and if it's fragile or not. That's so disturbing!!! But is the USPS a better alternative?
Unfortunately this type of behavior is very common especially in the hubs where treatment of your package is much worse,read my post on bad ups package care.
