Typical ups treatment,as i said before in other posts,Speed over quality is the ups motto.These drivers pressed for time by Ups brass.They are probably on the verge of getting demoted,suspended or fired.Maybe they just dont want to get written up,who knows?One thing i know for sure this is common practice.

So what's the alternative, USPS? Sounds like you have a troubled history with UPS
That's up to you if u,if u want speedy cheap service with high probability of damage go with Ups.If your shipping something fragile never ship UPS ground.

Hmmm txs for the video ... but it's much more costly to deliver package bymyself!
